Using the tools

Our recorder is free to use for personal and commercial recordings. You own everything you record. Because recordings never leave your device, you are responsible for saving your files. We can’t recover a recording that was not downloaded.

Record responsibly

Many countries and US states require the consent of everyone being recorded. Only record conversations, calls or people when you have the right to do so.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Browser and device support varies, and we are not liable for lost recordings or any damages arising from using the site.

Third-party software

MP3 encoding uses lamejs, a JavaScript port of the LAME MP3 encoder (lame.sourceforge.io), licensed under the LGPL.

Changes
